Ludus Knight

The Knights of Ludus are the protectors of N8. They follow a strict moral code, and are capable of utilizing some Hack commands to help other players when necessary. Their ultimate goal is to keep N8 fun. Knights can be Identified by their epic black and neon glowing sword. Ludus Knights also have access to their own castle, Ludus Castle which is sealed off to the public.

Becoming a Knight
Knighthood is only given on invitation, requesting Knighthood can permanently exclude you from selection. All Invited Knights-to-be are given a series of tasks to complete, and must serve under another Knight as a Ludus Guard before being Knighted, however becoming a Guard does not mean you will be Knighted. Guards are given a Ludus Guard Sword and Knights a Ludus Knight Sword. Higher ranking Knights eventually become Arch Knights and have almost as much power as a god, and Arch Knights also have a customized Ludus Knight Sword and Helm. In addition, Guards have a tiny wing on their left shoulder while Knights have a large wing on their left shoulder.

The Oath of a Ludus Knight
I make this Oath, to the world of Neverdaunt and its Neverdauntains,
I will be Awesome to everyone.
I will protect new Neverdauntains, and assist them when they are lost.
I will put other Neverdauntains fun first before my own
I will make the world more fun for everyone.
I will never abuse the power of Ludus, and only use it when it is needed.
