Client Problems and Help

From N8 Wiki

Every once in a while you may come across a crash or logic error during your adventures in N8*. Mostly due to the fact that this is a beta, and experimental updates where Aion tries something new happen often enough.

[edit] Game loop fail

Causes: Unknown

Solutions: As this most likely crashed your client, just restart it and hope it doesn't happen again.

Other Notes: Be sure to write down what you were doing when this happened, and report the bug.

[edit] Server sent ERROR: Bad Version

Causes: Your client isn't updated.

Solutions: You need to run N8.exe, not Neverbit.exe

Other Notes: This might also happen if you have a comma in your username or password fields.
