New Save Format!

Update in progress...
when its back up expect:

All Attachments and Tronics will save\load
you will only be able to save cells you can edit (because the file will contain complete Tronic information)
new neverdaunt cell data format .ncd
Old saves can be converted via console command: convert filename

also, made some updates to wires so they should be a little faster

as always, let me know if you find any bugs.
